Import Duty and Charges:
The prices of the good(s) ordered are displayed at SaleHiFi.com is all quoted in United States Dollars(USD) or Euro (EUR). The prices displayed exclude any form of taxes. All taxes and custom duties that might be incurred in the process of shipment at the destination country shall be bear by the Customer. Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import, these will normally be collected by the courier used to deliver your goods - this is a charge levied by your government not by SaleHiFi.com and we have no control over it.
Title, Risk of Damage:
Title to products passes from SaleHiFi.com to Customer on shipment from SaleHiFi.com facility. Damage that occurs during shipment by any shipping method will not be responsibility of SaleHiFi.com. If goods are damage during shipment via an insured carriage - e.g. FedEx, replacement or refund will only be offered after the insured carriage has refunded SaleHiFi.com.
Products:
The policy of SaleHiFi.com is one of ongoing product update and revision. SaleHiFi.com may revise and discontinue products at any time. SaleHiFi.com will ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet or catalog are possible. The parts and assemblies used in building SaleHiFi.com products are selected from new and equivalent-to-new parts and assemblies in accordance with industry practices. Spare parts may be new or reconditioned. Due to differences in monitors and variance in resolution setting, the color seen on screen may not be the exact color of the good(s). However, due to limitations beyond the control of SaleHiFi.com, SaleHiFi.com is not responsible for any differences or non-conformity of the good(s) delivered to the Customer as compared to the images of the good(s) as shown on the Site.
Compatibility:
SaleHiFi.com strongly urges the Customer to check compatibility before ordering products. If an good is returned due to incompatibility, SaleHiFi.com is unable to replace the good.
